We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for items unworn and in their original condition. 

-Kindly notify us via email at 6stringsbyjk@gmail.com and we will get the ball rolling. 

- You should see a credit on your original form of payment less initial shipping costs after the item is returned.

- Costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

**Please note, our return/ exchange policy excludes clearance items and custom orders.

Re-sizing

If you love your jewelry and it just needs to be resized, simply email us at 6stringsbyJK@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions. You will only be responsible for return shipping. Resizing is free of charge.

Shipping

Domestic (within the U.S.)

Our jewelry is made to order and we make every effort to ship within 5-7 business days after we receive payment (unless we are on vacation, in which case we will notify you). Our U.S. shipments are mailed out USPS First Class Mail which normally takes another 2-5 business days from date of shipment.
 

International (outside of U.S.)

Please note, customs fees, charges, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for packages once they have left the U.S.

Caring for your jewelry

We sanitize our recycled guitar strings before using them. Please keep in mind guitar strings are made of metal and will rust if soaked in water for long periods of time. If you must clean the jewelry, simply rub it with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Bangle Sizing
Bangle sizing instructions:

The rule of thumb for a bangle is to make a fist and measure from the middle of your pinky knuckle to the middle of your pointer finger knuckle. That would give you the measurement for the bangle diameter. 
 

Extra Small is 2 1/8 inches diameter

Small is 2 1/4 inches diameter
Medium 2 1/2 inches
Large 2 3/4 inches
XL: 3 inches

The bracelets are flexible, meaning you can gently squeeze them into an oval from a wider circle if you need a smidge more room to get over a knuckle. They don't however stretch or expand into the next size larger.
