What we do
I started this business when I was 12 years old after watching my mom change the strings on her guitar. I wanted to create something that encompassed my passion for music and the arts. Our beautifully handcrafted guitar string jewelry is made using recycled electric, acoustic and bass strings. Many of our bracelets are unisex and make wonderful gifts for men and women of all ages.
Recycle and Repurpose
We collect used guitar strings and envelopes for packaging from local guitar technicians. Guitar players often change their strings regularly to get a better sound and throw away strings that are usually still in decent condition. We collect these strings, clean them up and give them a new purpose. We believe it is better to reuse these strings rather than letting them join the landfills that are littering our world.
Helping save the earth is extremely important, but we must also help those who inhabit it. We donate a portion of our sales to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Project Semicolon. We also donate bracelets to HomeFront in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, as well as some animal shelters, so that they can sell them to raise money for their organizations.
